Description: On October 30, 2015, plaintiffs Rasheed Innis, Rashard Innis, Larry Daily, Anthony Hernandez, Charles Cherry, and Felix Collado were playing a video game in the living room of the residence at 5240 Broadway in the Bronx, a location where they did not reside. NYPD officers including Officers Raymond Farrelly, Michael Best, Carmen Mateo, John Foder, Jesse Hernandez, Francisco Grullon, Margarette Gulinello, Charles Davis, Frantz Louis, Keith Stewart, and Nizimba Williams, in addition to unidentified John Doe NYPD officers, arrived at the residence, and one of the defendant officers banged on the door.
