Description: On March 5, 2018, plaintiff was sitting in his parked vehicle when he was searched by defendant officers who also searched his vehicle. Plaintiff was then falsely arrested and subjected to breathalyzer testing at the precinct. Even though there was no alcohol detected in plaintiff's blood, the defendant officer Campanello and others nonetheless had plaintiff charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. All charges were dismissed in their entirety on May 17, 2018.
