Description: On April 22, 2017 at approximately 5:30 pm, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of East 125th Street and Lexington Avenue in the County of New York, doing nothing illegal or improper, when Defendants NYPD officer Daniel Delacruz, NYPD officer Francisco Bardales, Police Officer John Doe, and Police Officer John Roe stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, detained Plaintiff in an aggressive manner and arrested Plaintiff without probable cause, an arrest warrant or legal justification.
