Description: Plaintiff was leaving her girlfriend's home in the Bronx after a verbal argument while carrying a large backpack and a large duffle bag. Officers Gallagher, Edwards, Ramroop, Panartto, Osmanovic, and Williams of the 46th Precinct entered the residence and arrested the plaintiff for grand larceny for holding a debit card that they knew she legally possessed. The officers threw the plaintiff against the wall, forcefully yanked her arms behind her back and uncomfortably around her large backpack, punched her in the face several times, stomped on her foot, and kneed the back of her legs.
