Description: On or about April 6, 2020, Murat Akinci was wrongfully arrested and wrongfully arraigned for the unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree by PO Juan Cabrera and Thomas Dellaporta. Murat Akinci was maliciously and without probable reason or cause, inculpated in criminal actions in which he did not participate. Murat Akinci was arrested, detained and required to spend large sums of money to defend himself and subjected Murat Akinici to possible term of imprisonment. He also suffered pain and distress of mind and body and significant emotional pain and suffering.
