Description: On October 27, 2021, around 10:05 p.m., Plaintiff was lawfully present at 42 Willoughby Street, County of Kings, NY, when several unidentified New York City Police Officers, including defendants Po Kayla Carmona (Shield No. 8491), and the Doe Defendants, approached plaintiff and unlawfully searched, assaulted, falsely arrested and imprisoned without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Defendants recovered no contraband from plaintiff after the illegal search. Defendant used excessive force, assaulted and applied excessively tight handcuffs which caused injuries to plaintiff's wrists. Then after, the plaintiff was transported to the precinct.
