Their basis for this stop was solely their racial prejudices against African-Americas, their desire to meet a arrest quota, ad to benefit from increased overtime compensation. POs violently slammed Plaintiff to the ground despite Plaintiff's non-violent behavior and shot him with a taser that caused thousands of volts of electricity to be channeled by Plaintiff's nervo...

Description: On or about January 27, 2020, Plaintiff Neal Michael was lawfully within the 67th Precinct las he was directed to appear there and relied upon instructions from Defendants. Defendant Police Officer Jahayra Jimenez illegally stopped, assaulted, confined, unduly restrained, falsely arrested, and falsely imprisoned Plaintiff without justification or provocation and without a warrant. Defendants placed Plaintiff under arrest and falsely charged him with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of ammunition. Defendants instructed Plaintiff to appear at the precinct with his licensed firearm as that was the proper and legal procedure, and Plaintiff justifiably relied ...
