Description: On April 25, 2013, Plaintiff was ordered to get down to his knees with hands in the air by P.O. # 1 John Doe, who proceeded to hit Plaintiff in the face with his knee and fist even though Plaintiff complied with the order. P.O. #2 John Doe hit Plaintiff with a closed fist to the face. P.O. #3 John Doe placed his knee on the left side of Plaintiff’s face and head while he was thrown to the ground and other officers continued to kick his body. Once the handcuffs were placed on Plaintiff, one of the officers grabbed his head and scraped it against the pavement, causing the whole left side of his ear face and head to bleed.
