Description: On or about September 12, 2018, Plaintiffs Cliff Nieves and Steven Nieves were arrested, taken to the Queens County District Attorney's office, and indicted in on false charges of promoting prostitution and conspiracy, in connection with a bachelor party that Plaintiffs planned for their cousin on or about June 17, 2017. Defendants, including defendant Jeremy Orenstein, provided false information in support of a warrant used to surreptitiously record the bachelor party.
