Description: On November 11, 2022, the Plaintiff was wrongfully arrested by the PO for participating in a gang assault and attempted robery. The PO claimed to have seen the Plaintiff in a video recording. The Plaintiff spent 5 days in custody, thereafter the Plaintiff was released by the DA for not finding any evidence.
