Complaint
Description: On or about June 15, 2019, while Plaintiff was standing in the building, two unidentified POs approached him and questioned about his employer's moving van which was parked on the street. They suggested a belief that the van was stolen. Despite Plaintiff's explanation, the officers arrested and handcuffed Plaintiff , took him to the Precinct and then moved him to Central Booking. Plaintiff was then prosecuted, but all charges were dismissed. While in custody, Plaintiff suffered two assaults by inmates.
