Description: On December 2, 2012, at 10:45 a.m., Pro Se Plaintiff Steven Williams, a former derivatives trader, walked into the NYPD's 9th Precinct to complain about criminal conduct by a former Wall Street financial-sector employer. In essence, he said that when he blew the whistle on various financial frauds, his employer began to conduct a gaslighting scheme to undermine his credibility and defame him as mentally ill.
When the NYPD desk employee was unreceptive, Mr. Williams thanked her for her time and began to leave; another employee called out to him and told him to take a seat across from the front desk. P.O.
