Description: On July 17, 2015, plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle driven by friend John Lablanc when plaintiff was arrested in Brooklyn. Police officers stopped the vehicle and demanded identification. Lablanc did not comply, and was arrested. Plaintiff asked officers to not grab her keys or search the vehicle, and she also asked why her friend was being arrested. The officers then arrested plaintiff as well. The officers implied that plaintiff was a prostitute, and maliciously spread a conspiracy to have plaintiff convicted for prostitution.
