Description: On May 4, 2016 Plaintiff was riding the subway for work when he received a call from his then-girlfriend that NYPD officers, including Det. Sheeny, were
at their home asking to speak to Plaintiff. Plaintiff voluntarily met the officers outside a subway stop in Brooklyn where Det. Sheeny and Det. Rossello stated that Plaintiffs name "came up" in an investigation. Plaintiff rode with the officers to the 114th Precinct where they questioned him and placed him in a lineup.
