Description: On June 1, 2020, at about 2:42 pm, plaintiff Alex Parkinson (then-17 years old) was outside 254 Canal Street when Defendant NYPD officers Robert Price, Sergeant Kevin Mulhern, and several unidentified NYPD officer defendants, arrived on NYPD bicycles. Defendants Mulhern and Price struck plaintiff with their bicycles, tackled plaintiff to the concrete, and struck plaintiff on his body with their hands and fists.
