Description: The plaintiff was walking down the street when he witnessed a Hispanic man having an interaction with the police. The plaintiff pulled out his cell phone and began to record the interaction. More officers arrived on scene. Defendant officer Abdalla told the plaintiff to stop recording, but the plaintiff continued. Officer Abdalla then told the plaintiff to back away to which he complied. Then Officer Abdalla told the plaintiff to show identification and when the plaintiff did not immediately comply, the officer pushed the plaintiff and then handcuffed and arrested him.
