Description: On June 9, 2012, at approximately 1:00 PM on Liberty Ave. near the intersection with New Jersey Ave. in Brooklyn, plaintiff was riding her electric bike with her husband as a passenger in the bike lane, when a defendant police officer stopped her at a traffic light and asked her if she had registration for the bike; in addition to the principal defendant police officer, there were three other police officers in the police vehicle. Plaintiff informed defendant police officer that the bike was electric and did not require a registration. The defendant police officer left plaintiff alone, who continued riding in the bike lane. After driving a short distance, the defendant police officers stopped plaintiff again...
