Description: On April 19, 2014, around 3:00 a.m., the plaintiff, Infinite Speights, was present at BB King nightclub on 42nd street, when police arrived on scene after a fight had broken out. The plaintiff was not a participant in the fight but was handcuffed and brought to the ground by the police after police officers sprayed mace and believed to have said "Lopez". Despite the plaintiff's protest, the police placed a baton between the handcuffs on the plaintiff and started to twist the baton, causing the plaintiff extreme pain to her wrists. The plaintiff was then dragged onto the street and brought to a van, pushed face down and a knee behind her back, before being brought a police precinct and placed in a holding cell. ...
