Description: On February 5, 2022, Saturday plaintiff Mr. Castillo called 911 requesting medical help at around 8: 30 am after his 16 year old son K.N. had an adverse reaction to a mix of prescription medication and marijuana. The incident took place in Far Rockaway. Plaintiff tried to calm K.N. until officers arrived. Four officers, Jane and John Doe1-3 and Officer Nicholas Piarulli entered their home. Officers spoke separately to Castillo and K.N., and were joined by more officers during the interaction. Both Plaintiffs indicated that no one was injured.
