Description: On or about March 2021, Mr. Kevin Hazell served Mr. Mann a petition for custody of their daughter, because the living environment was unsafe. In June 2021, he went to pick up his daughter at the precinct, when Ms. Mann was video recording him while yelling that he is not giving her back her child. When the officer came, Ms. Mann yelled that she has an order of protection against him, even if she does not have it yet. Ms. Mann grabbed the daughter out of plaintiff's arms while officers grabbed plaintiff and put him against the wall and arrested him.
