Complaint
Description: On July 27, 2021, Plaintiff was in the MTA station "A" Train station located in Manhattan when defendants, including MARVEL KINGSTON and other unknown police officers, illegally searched, seized, detained and arrested him. They aggressively assaulted Plaintiff who was beaten with a baton. They also yelled and continued to aim their weapons to Plaintiff. They suspected him for a crime he did not commit without proof any other legal justification. In addition, Defendants fabricated non-existent evidence, and suppressed exculpatory evidence. Defendants perpetrated these overt acts in furtherance of their obviously discriminatory inclinations.
