Description: On or about November 13, 2012, plaintiff was operating his business truck on Canal Street when he noted that defendant NYC Traffic Enforcement Agent Malik was writing down his license number. Plaintiff inquired why and was met with a torrent of foul language and the false charge that plaintiff had assaulted him. Defendant Malik called in NYPD Officers John Doe 1-10, who arrested plaintiff and falsified evidence to justify the arrest. The officers aware that this arrest was being commenced without probable cause failed to intervene.
