Description: On or about May 17, 2015, plaintiff was inside an apartment when NYPD officers began banging on the door and proceeded to attack him. One officer stepped on plaintiff's broken foot and another shoved him onto the ground and pressed his knee against plaintiff’s ribs. Plaintiff was then handcuffed in an excessively tight manner and taken to a precinct, where he was denied medical assistance. The officers later attempted to cover up their use of excessive force by creating a falsified version of the facts surrounding the arrest.
