Description: On February 17, 2021, P.O. RIVERA, DOE, and ROE approached Plaintiff in the vicinity of 1285 Washington Avenue, Bronx. Without a warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause, or any legal justification, P.O. RIVERA, DOE, and ROE searched, seized, and arrested the Plaintiff. The plaintiff was subject to a strip search while in the custody of the defendants. Due to P.O. RIVERA, DOE, and ROE’s false statements, Plaintiff was falsely and maliciously prosecuted. The plaintiff had to remain incarcerated for over 24 hours. After numerous court appearances, charges against Plaintiff were terminated favorably.

Thereafter, Plaintiff ROY REYES remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
