Description: Plaintiff had just exited his residence at and was outside talking to some of his friends, when the defendant officers pulled up in a NYPD vehicle, exited their car and accosted one of defendant's friends. While the defendant officers were searching his friend, plaintiff asked if his friend was okay. Officers then asked for Plaintiff's ID, arrested him, brought him to the 71st precinct, and used excessive force the entire time. One officer then used a knife to slice Plaintiffs hand and paramedics came to the precinct and took him to the hospital. Plaintiff was charged with 120.05.03 Assault in the Second Degree, which was later ACD'd.

Description: On August 24, 2013 at 4:35AM, the Plaintiff was inside the Lorimer L train subway station in Brooklyn. The Plaintiff's friend was arrested. A second friend of the plaintiff existed the station and asked the police where the arrestee was to be taken.
