Description: On April 26, 2011, Plaintiff was on a subway platform when Defendant Police Officer Chin approached. He stated that he was writing a ticket at his supervisor’s request for disorderly conduct. Plaintiff was detained for 30 minutes and had to go to court for six hours before the ticket was dismissed on July 11, 2011. On June 14, 2011, Plaintiff was on the same platform when Defendant Officer Craig Pernice followed the same steps. Plaintiff was detained for an hour and the summons was eventually dismissed by mail.
