Description: On July 14, 2021, defendants, including P.O. Patryck Tyborowski illegally stopped Plaintiff's vehicle without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, valid warrant, or any other justification. Defendants then seized, detained, searched, tightly handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiff. P.O. Patryck Tyborowski signed, issued, and forward the Desk Appearance Ticket against Plaintiff in which they knowingly affirmed the truth of the fabricated allegations. Defendants later maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff. All charges were dismissed.
