Description: On October 11, 2012, plaintiff was sitting in the driver’s seat of her vehicle on Stockholm St. in Brooklyn, on the northeast corner of Wyckoff Avenue, waiting for her aunt to exit Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Defendants Morales and Doe approached plaintiff’s vehicle on plaintiff’s left side in a marked police van.
Morales and Doe gestured for plaintiff to move her vehicle. Plaintiff rolled down her window to explain she was waiting for her aunt. Plaintiff displayed her Dept of Correction shield and ID.
