Description: On June 17, 2020, plaintiff witnessed a crowd of civilians physically assaulting and falsely imprisoning plaintiff's friend outside a Target department store. Plaintiff approached the crowd and requested them to stop the assault. The assailants then physically assaulted and injured the plaintiff, causing plaintiff to bleed from the face. Plaintiff ran from his assailants, but returned to speak with police officers to report the assailants. Description: On June 17, 2020, plaintiff exited a Target store without purchasing items. Plaintiff was immediately surrounded by several civilians who accused plaintiff of stealing credit cards and other items from a vehicle, and using such credit cards to purchase items in the Target.
