Description: On or about July 3, 2013, Officers Keith Smith, Ellis DeLoren, Tessitore, St. Hillaire, Thomas McLaughlin, and other unidentified officers entered Plaintiff's home without a warrant, searched Plaintiff's home without a warrant, took Plaintiff's bank card and arrested Plaintiff in front of his family. The Officers unlawfully assaulted, intimidated, threatened, handcuffed, arrested and incarcerated Plaintiff without just or probable cause. Plaintiff subsequently learned he was charged with stealing a car and robbing an individual at gunpoint.
