Description: On May 29, 2020, plaintiff was participating in a lawful protest related to the death of George Floyd and police accountability. NYPD officers began using force against the protestors, including spraying chemical agents into the faces of protestors. Plaintiff began using water to clean the chemical agent out of the eyes of other protestors. An officer began charging at plaintiff, pushing her into a nearby tree, and the water she was carrying splashed onto the officer who pushed her. Officers, including P.O. John M.
