Description: On August 18, 2014, Plaintiff was in the premises of 428 East 157th Street in the Bronx when he was approached by Defendants NYPD officers Wendy Flores, and Melissa Castillo and was asked what his purpose was in front of the premises. Plaintiff said he was waiting for a resident of the premises to come outside to where Plaintiff was waiting. Defendants asked plaintiff for identification and to search Plaintiff and his possessions. Plaintiff asked why he had to be searched. Defendants handcuffed Plaintiff.
