Complaint Description: On November 9, 2012, Plaintiff Marisol Soto was unlawfully arrested and maliciously injured by NYPD Defendants Sgt. Eddie Tsang, Officer Hailyn Olivares, and Officers John Doe #1-4. At approximately 4:30pm, Plaintiff Soto arrived at her mother's home at 446 47th Street in Brooklyn. Plaintiff Soto observed the Defendant NYPD officers in front of the residence, and when she approached her mother's apartment, she was grabbed and shoved by the defendants. Defendant NYPD Officer Andy Jean-Pierre threw Plaintiff Soto against a parked vehicle. The Defendant NYPD Officers handcuffed Plaintiff Soto forcefully.
