Description: On July 17, 2016, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Plaintiff was at the 103rd Street 6 Train Subway Station in New York City engaging in no illegal behavior or suspicious activity. There, Police Officer Michael Ayala and Sergeant Welinton Gomez and other unnamed John Does #1-10 a officers, unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and searched Plaintiff. Officers did not recover any illegal drugs, weapons or contraband from plaintiff or from her possession, custody, or control.
