Complaint
Description: On or about July 21, 2014, defendant NYPD Sergeant Rowe Marlon and NYPD officer Mohammed Reaz, along with unnamed NYPD attorneys, wrongfully arrested, imprisoned, battered and detained plaintiff at a Brooklyn precinct. Plaintiff suffered physical and emotional injuries as a result of this incident. All named defendants, including Marlon, Reaz, Ken Thompson and unnamed assistant district attorneys, then initiated a maliciously prosecution against plaintiff. The arrest and prosecution were motivated in part by class-based, discriminatory animus and or racial/ethnic animus. All charges against plaintiff were dismissed on or about May 7, 2015.

Description: Officers approached Plaintiff in a deli, asked for ID, told him there was a warrant for his arrest, handcuffed him, and brought him to the 90th Precinct, where he was told there was no warrant for his arrest. Instead, there was an i-card from the 79th Precinct. Defendant Officer Tischler told Plaintiff that he was identified as a witness to a shooting and Plaintiff invoked his right to counsel. Plaintiff was then kept at the precinct overnight, brought to Central Booking, and then released without arraignment because the DA declined to prosecute the case.

Description: On September 19, 2012, plaintiff sat on the stairs of her apartment building in Brooklyn, speaking with neighbors. Defendant POs Kaufman and Mohammed, told plaintiff she had to leave. Plaintiff told defendant Officers she lived in the building.
Defendant Officer Kaufman took out handcuffs and grabbed plaintiff, pushed her against a wall causing her pain in her back and fear for the health of her unborn child. Plaintiff was arrested and taken to Woodhull Hospital via ambulance.
At Woodhull Hospital, plaintiff was treated for lower back pain and examined for
