Description: On May 11, 2017, Plaintiff Angus Dansou, the caretaker of a property located at 144-16 Rockaway Blvd. in Jamaica, Queens was called by a basement tenant of the property and told that he (the tenant) had been told to vacate the premises by three men, one of whom was Defendant Goscott who is not a police officer. When Plaintiff Dansou arrived to investigate, he was allegedly threatened and assaulted by Goscott while calling the police in the front yard. When NYPD Officer JOSEPH BRACCO (#958325), and two unidentified officers (one male, one female) arrived, they sided with Goscott and arrested Plaintiff Dansou for trespassing.
