Description: On or about March 24, 2021, in the vicinity of 139th Street and Lenox Avenue, plaintiff, who at such time had not committed any crimes and/or offenses and was not behaving unlawfully in any way or engaged in any activities as to elicit reasonable suspicion, was unlawfully seized without probable cause by defendant POs Quincy Smith, John Woo, Gregory Paduano, Christopher Killen, Julio Napoleonis, Daniel Wadalowski, and John Does #1-10.
