Complaint
Description: On May 4, 2024, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO Ian Cyrus and POs John Does 1-10 approached him and summarily assaulted, battered, detained, and falsely arrested Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned for over 24 hours and maliciously charged with a crime, compelling Plaintiff to return to court multiple times over an extended period until all charges against him were terminated. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
