Description: On August 16th, 2019, Plaintiff Clayton Alston was unlawfully arrested near 1545 Madison Avenue by the Defendants, Officer Eddy Martinez and John Doe's 1-8. During the arrest, he was grabbed roughly and treated with excessive force. Afterwards, he was unlawfully confined, maliciously prosecuted, and denied a fair trial.
