Description: On or about May 17, 2014 Sgt. Eliezer Pabon and POs Cortez and White wrongfully touched, grabbed, searched, handcuffed, and arrested juvenile Plaintiff excessively without legal justification. During the arrest, Plaintiff and his friend were pushed against glass windows and his friend was pushed so hard against the glass that it broke, causing shattered glass to make contact with Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct, a juvenile center, and criminal court, and was ultimately held until May 18, 2014.
