Description: On September 8, 2016, named Defendants Officer Johan Hernandez and Officer Jordan Gallagher, along with two unnamed Defendants, Officers John Doe and John Roe, stopped both Plaintiffs, Ifran Radoncic and Margarito Trujillo, without a warrant or cause. The Defendants grabbed, pushed, assaulted, battered, arrested, detained, and strip searched the Plaintiffs in a violent manner. As a result of their actions, the Plaintiffs sustained severe and permanent bodily injuries to their heads, necks, backs, bodies, and limbs. The Plaintiffs also suffered emotional distress, significant damage to their standing and reputations, loss of enjoyment of life, and loss of liberty and companionship.
