Description: Defendant Officers accosted Plaintiff, unzipped his pants and pushed his pants and underwear to his knees, touched his scrotum and anus, then tightly handcuffed him and brought him to the 25th Precinct, where he was strip searched. Officers repeatedly called Plaintiff a "nigger." Charges were filed against Plaintiff (unspecified in complaint) that were eventually dismissed.
