Description: On February 14, 2014, at approximately 8:30 PM, Plaintiff Ellion Wright was at 781 East 135th Street, Bronx, New York, when NYPD officers, including Nelson Nin, Angel Delgado, Anaritza Gonzalez, Jose Santiago, Officer Ortiz, and others, unlawfully stopped, questioned, and frisked him without reasonable suspicion or probable cause. Officers accused him of a robbery without evidence, handcuffed him, and searched him, finding no contraband. Wright was transported to the 40th Precinct, unlawfully strip-searched, and detained until arraignment the next day, where he was charged with crimes the officers had no basis to allege.
