Description: On August 10, 2023, Plaintiff went with his brother to assist in a meeting with an old business partner which involved the repayment of money. Upon arrival, Plaintiff and his brother were assaulted by a group of men who worked for the old business partner. Plaintiff and his brother suffered physical injuries which were visibly obvious. Plaintiff's brother called the police. Defendants Police Officer Michael McGuire, PO Salvatorre Provenzano, PO Carl Rordamel, PO Matthew Miller, PO Jillian Flannagan, PO Tjortjoglou, and Police Officers Doe 1-9 arrived at the scene.
