Description: On or about March 28, several 911 calls were claiming that a man, Troy Alexander, was threatening his ex-girlfriend, and that they heard gunshots coming from within Alexander's home. On March 29, 2022, Defendants Detective Felicia Simon (Badge #6895), Officer Christophe Demarche (Badge #23986), and five John and Jane Doe officers arrested Plaintiff Alonso Brewster after learning he had suffered stab wounds on the same street as the incident prompting the 911 calls. Brewster was then accused as one of the perpetrators by one of the 911 callers; she claimed that he threatened to light her home on fire and that he'd fired a gun in her home, though no ballistics were recovered.
