Description: On May 6th, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Plaintiff Dimas Cuadrado was lawfully in the vicinity of Castle Hill Avenue and Randall Avenue, Bronx, NY when Defendants--NYPD Detectives Juan Germanfrias, Yamiles Espinal, John Doe, and John Roe--without a warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause, any legal justification, aggressively and excessively stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff. Defendants also without probable cause, justification, and investigation touched, handcuffed, seized, and arrested Plaintiff with excessive force.
