Description: On April 11, 2022, plaintiff was a guest in an apartment at 415 Evergreen Ave, Brooklyn, NY. At 12:00 p.m., defendants stormed into the apartment, in plain clothes and had their guns drawn and pointed at plaintiff. Plaintiff was standing in the kitchen and threw himself on the ground for fear of being killed. Plaintiff remained on the ground, facedown, waiting for defendants' instructions. One defendant stood over plaintiff, grabbed his arms, pinned them behind his back, and handcuffed his wrists together with metal cuffs, applying the handcuffs tightly to plaintiff’s wrists.
