Description: On August 9, 2016, inside 215 Alexander Ave, Apartment 3C, Bronx, NY, Defendants touched, grabbed, handcuffed and seized Plaintiff in an excessive manner about his person, causing him physical pain and mental suffering. Plaintiff was in imminent fear of physical contact by approaching the Plaintiff with their loaded firearms, outstretched limbs and other objects which they used to physically seize, strike and restrain Plaintiff. Defendants arrested Plaintiff and took him to a Bronx police station. Plaintiff was held in custody over six hours until he was released. On March 1, 2017, charges were dismissed in favor for the accused.
