Description: On June 4, 2017 at approximately 10 am Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 890 East 6th Street, County of New York when Defendants, NYPD officers intentionally stopped, searched, seized, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive manner without probable cause or an arrest warrant.
