Description: On or about October 7, 2023, in the Bronx, Plaintiff was walking along a public street without engaging in any criminal or unlawful conduct when he was stopped, handcuffed and arrested, without any reason, by Defendants NYPD Officers FELIPE, UNDERWOOD and DOES, have reason to stop Plaintiff. Despite the fact that at no time did Plaintiff possess a controlled substance, he was transported to the precinct and thereafter to central booking, whereupon he was falsely charged with drug possession. On and between October 9, 2023 and January 12, 2024, Plaintiff made several court appearances until the case dismissed upon application of the Office of the Bronx County District Attorney.
